Another question:
If an employee is guaranteed his job, but due to the Wintertime climate where jobs seem to slow down for a few months, and this employee is laid-off; does he or she still have to go out and search for a job? Why would an employee with a guanarteed job waiting for him or her, go out and find a different job that would only be temporary? Even though the lay-off may be two or three months long? A final question; how does one get in touch with a human to actually talk to? Use to be, you could call someone and actually talk to someone; not a machine.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Bob
